Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

No refunds after October 20, 2025.

Team registration deadline of October 19, 2025. No Refunds after October 21, 2025

2025-26 Warrior Club

Boys High School Basketball

In the event your child does not get rostered on varsity, JV1, JV2 Purple or JV2 White team, you will be refunded.

Boys Youth Basketball

No refunds after November 15, 2025. Unreturned uniforms will result in an $85 invoice - payable to Waunakee Hoops Club, Inc. Decisions on whether to issue refunds for registration fees and/or uniform fees shall be made at the sole discretion of the Waunakee Hoops Club, Inc. Board of Directors.
